A brilliant statement. That one has taken me decades. Here I sit, in the country that is the.most.nourishing.in.the.world. for me (at least thus far) and this line sang itself into my heart. My physical and emotional bodies sang backup harmony. Finally, she’s getting it!

I thought I had ceased the pushing a few years ago — I had to have a white stroke for that to happen, some of us learn slowly — but, here where the birdsong, earth, sky and sea support my every breath, I feel, so very deeply, how entrenched and ingrained some of the old thought patterns had become.
