I remember quite well.

It is hard to look trendy while trying to get a non-functional body part to work. (As you may recall, my left leg has been acting like an alien being, going in its own direction. Getting pants on and off is a nightmare. Walking is more hunt and peck than a nice forceful stride.)

I remember quite well. Went through the same thing 14 years ago. This is not your new reality. Only a phase in what will be new. Your body can recover. Mine has.
