I think so too. I remember, during the 60's, reading Mrs. Mike, by Benedict AND Nancy Freedman. I remember weeping at the young wife's fortitude . Though I have lived in conditions similar to those described, it was for relatively short period of time. I bow to the strength and courage of the women of every wilderness.
