In traditional enlightenment studies, there is a known sticking point at the concepts of meaning and purpose. The teaching is that, to BE our realness we must give up on those quests, not believing them to be "real." This one knocks out a lot of aspirants. "What about the purpose of becoming enlightened?" At which point the Masters begin to laugh... a lot. ;)
