Kat this is so lovely! I wanted to highlight most of it! I'm currently immersed in Barry Brailsford's Chronicles of the Stone series, based on the Song of the Waitaha... a multi-nation people who followed what they call the way of gentleness, entering the So;ence to where wisdom, love and power are One. Most of the stories are sea-based, and water of life based. I have barely been able to put the stories down. I so agree about the sea. {and the bodywork}
