My half-wolf, half australian shepherd used to do the very same when my two scottish terriers wrestled… which they love to do and for which there is no known cure in any universe. The larger dog used to bark, howl {he really could do that well} and, finally, dance among the tangle, joining in the fun. That latter dance did take a couple of years… after many many many episodes of him “scolding” and the scotties pausing in mid-tangle, heads cocked, saying “What?!!” Then they would resume… much to the “wolf”’s disgust.

Canine antics are the best.
