The excavation of shadow is part and parcel of EVERY enlightenment tradition. We are all everything, and within some part of ourselves have done everything. We make higher vibrational choices all the time {hopefully} and those parts of ourselves best not acted out, become wells of lifeforce used by Source for other purposes.

Stuffing the 'bad stuff' never works anyway. It always comes out sideways. Best to witness, honor, re-purpose, and move on.
