This was such fun! The Canada geese are now flying two by two...and the neighborhood squirels! One intrepid marauder has learned that garden pillows {of which my housemate has many} are excellent nest fodder. The little bugger digs in like anything, pulling out a huge wad of whatever and running off pell-mell, up one of the trees or over the fence. My housemate lamented the destruction, though when I suggested putting the pillows away, she balked. I chose to let the cat out. She and they have an armed truce going on. spring is wonderful!
